all morning branch builds delivered except MacOS 9: automation is
stalling while making the xpi's (...but will eventually resume).

smoketests: Linux and Win32 PASSED - MacOSX in progress.

OSX Passed. The 1.0.0 branch is now open for *approved* checkins.
